ANALISIS FAKTOR PENGHAMBAT PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN DALAM DISKUSI KELOMPOK BELAJAR SECARA DARING

In the process of group discussion, there is a group decision-making process. However, the group decision-making process does not always run smoothly due to inhibiting factors. This study aims to determine the factors that hinder decision-making during study group discussions. The research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The data was through a questionnaire with a sample of 51 active students of Communication Studies 2019 Tidar University. The data analysis technique thoght by testing the hypothesis and the frequency and percentage of students’ answers. Based on the research, the researcher knows that the factor that hinders decision-making in study group discussions is group conflict of 82% or 42 students' answers.
