PENGARUH PENERAPAN CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR), STRUKTUR MODAL DAN KEPEMILIKAN MANAJERIAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR SUB SEKTOR INDUSTRI DASAR DAN KIMIA YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2015-2019

Abstract


Abstract
This study aims to find out the effect of implementing corporate social responsibility, capital
structure, and managerial ownership toward the company's value in the basic and chemical industry
sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. This study
used secondary data in the form of company annual reports from 2015-2019. The population of this
study are manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industry sub-sectors listed on the
Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The research sample was obtained from as many as 24
companies through the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear
regression analysis. Adjusted R2 value of 0.078 or 7.8%, the remaining 92.2% is explained by other
variables outside the research model. The results showed that (1) effect of corporate social
responsibility has a negative effect on the company's value (2 capital structure has a positive effect on
the company's value (3) managerial ownership has a negative effect on the company's value.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan corporate social responsibility,
struktur modal, dan kepemilikan manajerial terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur sub
sektor industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan
data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan perusahaan dari 2015-2019, populasi penelitian ini adalah
perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia
Tahun 2015-2019. Sampel penelitian diperoleh sebanyak 24 perusahaan melalui metode purposive
sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Nilai Adjusted
R2 sebesar 0.078 atau 7.8% sisanya sebesar 92.2% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Pengaruh corporate social responsibility berpengaruh negatif
terhadap nilai perusahaan (2 struktur modal berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan (3)
kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan.
