RANCANG BANGUN MESIN PERAS TEBURODA GIGI SPIRAL DENGAN VARIASI JARAK ROLLMENGGUNAKAN DAYA PENGGERAK DINAMO
Abstract
Sugar cane is the main ingredient in making sugar and can also be used as a drink without artificial sweeteners, sugar cane processing which is still manual is one of the jobs that requires considerable energy and a lot of cost. Based on these problems the authors make a study of "Design of Sugarcane Squeezer Machine with Spiral Gears using Dinamo" with the aim of facilitating the work in the process of sugar cane extortion.The best test results on the capacity of thespiral tooth an average of 78.48 kg / hour, while the average sugarcane juice extraction of 33,686.40 ml / hour. The best influence of distance on sugarcane juice time is at a distance of 5 mm.
