Abstract

Kualitas seorang guru menentukan kualitas peserta didiknya sehingga penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas calon guru. Peningkatan dapat dilakukan dengan penggunaan bahan ajar berupa buku ajar micro teaching terintegrasi teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan buku ajar micro teaching terintegrasi teknologi dalam proses perkuliahan micro teaching dengan subjek penelitian mahasiswa semester genap (VI) yang sedang mengikuti perkuliahan micro teaching. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan instrumen berupa observasi, wawancara, lembar evaluasi, dan dokumentasi. Adapun konten dari buku ajar micro teaching terintegrasi teknologi ini terdiri dari materi pengantar kurikulum merdeka, esensi micro teaching, keterampilan mengajar, strategi pembelajaran matematika, media pembelajaran matematika, dan perangkat pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan terkait kurikulum, strategi, media, dan perangkat pembelajaran. Selain itu, pengetahuan ini juga diperkaya dengan keterampilan teknologi yang tentunya tepat dimiliki oleh calon guru matematika.
