Abstract

In the current era of globalization and the existence of overgrowing science and technology, companies must have various competitive advantages that are characteristic and difficult for other companies to imitate. This competitive advantage can be created if the company has a key factor that is the focus of the company, namely human resources, where a reliable presence is very important for the company's sustainability. In this regard, it takes employees who are dedicated to the company where the employee must engage in their work. Employee engagement is a condition in which humans will feel that they have found the meaning of the whole self as a whole, have the motivation to work, receive positive support from others, and work effectively and efficiently in the work environment. This study aims to identify the influence of leadership, work environment, and organizational culture on employee engagement at KSP Artha Mitra Abadi Jaya. The nature of this research is quantitative by adopting the associative method. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample with a total of 35 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results from the t-test show that, partially, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee engagement. Meanwhile, leadership and work environment have no impact on employee engagement. The results of the F test show that leadership, work environment, and organizational culture simultaneously affect employee engagement at KSP Artha Mitra Abadi Jaya.
