Analisis Strategi Marketing Mix Dalam Peningkatan Kepesertaan Bpu Pada Bpjs Ketenagakerjaan Kc Cilacap

Abstract


Many strategies can be used to increase BPU membership in the BPJS Employment Office in Cilacap. One strategy that is widely used by companies is the marketing mix strategy (marketing mix strategy). This study aims to determine the marketing mix strategy in increasing BPU membership in the Cilacap KC Employment BPJS. This study uses descriptive qualitative analysis methods, namely by collecting data directly from the company by conducting observations, interviews according to research subjects. The research results show that the strategy  implemented has gone well, where the seven marketing mix strategy variables support and complement each other, and have different roles in marketing their products.
