This study focuses on the analysis of derivational affixes in the lyrics of the album "Sempiternal" by Bring Me The Horizon. Morphology, a branch of linguistics, examines the study of word formation and the creation of new words in different languages. The research aims to identify and classify the types of derivational affixes used in the album. The study adopts a descriptive qualitative method, and the data collection involves searching for song lyrics, reading and noting down words with affixes, and selecting relevant data. The findings reveal the presence of both prefixes and suffixes in the album, with a total of 162 derivational affixes.References
