PENINGKATAN RASA PERCAYA DIRI MAHASISWA PAPUA CALON GURU KIMIA MELALUI PENUGASAN VLOG (VIDEO LOG)

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran peningkatan rasa percaya diri mahasiswa calon guru kimia yang berasal dari Papua pada mata kuliah simulasi pembelajaran kimia. Proses pembelajarannya mengimplementasikan model project based learning melalui pembuatan vlog (video log). Mahasiswa sebagai calon guru kimia dituntut untuk memiliki rasa percaya diri yang baik agar dapat menyampaikan pelajaran dengan baik dan efektif kepada siswa. Kegiatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrument angket self assessment dan peer assessment. Simulasi pembelajaran dilakukan dua kali. Berdasarkan self assessment rata-rata rasa percaya diri mahasiswa pada simulasi I adalah 69.8% dan simulasi II 79.63%. berdasarkan peer assessment peningkatan rasa percaya diri mahasiswa pada simulasi I adalah 77.43% dan simulasi II 83.719%.
