Economic growth is the most basic thing in a country or region. Good community conditions will describe good economic growth. This study aims to determine the effect of the construction cost index, fiscal independence and human development index on economic growth in Central Java from 2013 to 2019. The data used in this study are secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Indonesian Financial Audit Agency. (BPK RI) has a time series from 2013 to 2019 and cross section for 29 regions and 6 cities in Central Java. The method used in this research is to use the Eviews 10 analysis tool to perform panel data regression analysis. Random Effect Model (REM) is the regression model chosen in this study. The results of this study indicate that the construction cost index, fiscal independence, and human development index have a significant effect on the economic growth of Central Java Province from 2013 to 2019. The continuously increasing construction cost index, financial independence, and human development index will also encourage the province's economic growth. Central Java from 2013 to 2019.References
