ANALISIS FAKTOR- FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI INDEKS PEMBANGUNAN GENDER DI PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH TAHUN 2010 – 2019

Abstract


This study aims to find out how the effect of Life Expectancy (AHH), Average Length of School (RLS), Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK), and the Percentage of Population Having Health Complaints on the level of the Gender Development Index (IPG) in Java Province. Central in 2010 – 2019. This study uses secondary data for 2010 – 2019 sourced from the Central Statistics Agency. The dependent variable in this study is the Gender Development Index. This study uses a linear regression analysis tool using panel data with cross-sectional data for a number of cities/districts in Central Java and time series data for 10 years starting from 2010 – 2019. The analytical tool used is in the form of panel data regression using the fixed method. effect models. The results of the research conducted are that the Labor Force Participation Rate, Average Length of Schooling, and Life Expectancy have a positive and significant influence on the Gender Development Index. Meanwhile, the percentage of people who have health complaints does not have a significant effect on the Gender Development Index.
