KOMBINASI MODEL GUIDED INQUIRY DAN STRATEGI JIGSAW UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA VIIIF MATERI SISTEM PENCERNAAN MANUSIA

Abstract


Telah dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar kognitif siswa SMP yang proses pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran Guided Inquiry yang dikombinasikan dengan strategi Jigzaw. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian tindakan kelas dengan empat tahapan, yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu tes pilihan berganda untuk mengukur hasil belajar kogniti dan angket motivasi belajar siswa menggunakan instrumen SMTSL. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa pada Siklus II dibandingkan Siklus I, dan berkategori tinggi di kedua Siklus. Selain itu, juga terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif siswa di Siklus I dibandingkan Pra Siklus dan juga peningkatan di Siklus II dibandingkan Siklus I. Berdasarkan temuan, indikator keberhasilan penelitian telah tercapai di Siklus I dan Siklus II.
